Haley was born in Guam, raised in Connecticut, and is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz. A recent transplant to Portland, Oregon, from Massachusetts, she is enjoying learning the intricacies of estate and trust matters while applying her knowledge from her paralegal studies. Outside of work, Haley enjoys baking, reading, and hosting game nights with friends.
